Cirkus Brazil Jack’s history dates back to 1899 when Carl Rhodin, better known as the legendary Brazil Jack, started the circus that still bears his name. Today, Cirkus Brazil Jack is the world’s oldest touring circus and Sweden’s only animal-free circus.

Cirkus Brazil Jack features breathtaking tightrope walking at great heights, astonishing roller-skating acts, comedians, and extraordinary acrobats from Ethiopia, South America, and Ukraine, among others. The circus resumed its tours after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, visiting various cities and towns throughout Sweden from early spring to late autumn

The ultimate goal of all marketing efforts is, of course, to have well-attended shows and to continue strengthening Cirkus Brazil Jack’s position as the leading circus in Sweden. We achieve this by driving ticket sales through TikTok, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising), and Google (SEO and SEM), thereby increasing visibility and strengthening market position.

Together with Brazil Jack, we have had the privilege of working with an omnichannel marketing approach, which means we have been able to reach potential circus visitors and coordinate our efforts across multiple platforms. This allows us to reach a much broader audience than if we had limited ourselves to managing advertising on a single channel. By managing such a large part of Cirkus Brazil Jack’s digital presence, we have also ensured that the marketing is cohesive and follows the same strategy that strengthens the brand and drives sales. We believe that the willingness to invest and be visible everywhere, especially at a time when the future of circus in Sweden has seemed uncertain, is a significant reason why they are now so beloved and well-attended since their comeback after the break in 2020-2021.

An important aspect of our strategy has been to establish a timeline and tailor marketing efforts according to their tour schedule, focusing the budget, content, and initiatives on upcoming locations to maximize visibility and ticket sales in a way that feels logical to the audience.
